Interview
Phone interview with a recruiter. The recruiter was very nice and the interview seemed more like a conversation rather than a scripted interview. The recruiter seemed to want to get to know myself and the skills that I had.
For the second round interview, I flew to Dallas (Love Field) and had a 45 min interview at their HQ with the recruiter and two other managers. The interview format was similar to the phone interview.
In both cases, I heard back from them very quickly.

Interview
The interview was straightforward. I had a phone call with the recruiter for screening. If the recruiter thinks that you are what they are looking for, they will fly you to the corporate office at no cost. The face-to-face interview was relaxed and friendly.

Interview
Got a call waaaaay after I had applied. Don't expect any form of communication right off the bat, you'll be in the dark for months. But then they call you to set up a phone interview, and if you do well at that they will fly you to Dallas for an in-person interview. If they want you they will most likely offer you the job at the end of that interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Lots of very specific questions about interactions with suppliers and contracts. But don't sweat it, be yourself and insert what experiences apply to the situations they ask about.
