I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines in Dec 2016
Interview
I applied for the position August 11, 2016. Received an email to complete background sometime in October. A few months later I received a phone call from SW saying that they are sending me a 10 year work history to fill out via email. The next day, they called and scheduled a phone interview for December 27th, 2016. The interview was mainly yes or no and star method questions. 3 days later, SW called and told me they are interested in meeting with me F2F! They explained that the scheduling process can take a few months. I am still waiting on a phone call to set a date for the F2F interview. I will keep you posted!

So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future!
