I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2017
Interview
I applied online then got an email from Southwest saying they wanted to schedule a phone interview with me. The phone interview was easy and more personality based, rather than technical. Interviewer told me at the end of the phone interview that she wanted me to come to Dallas for a final F2F interview. Southwest flew me out to Dallas and put me up in a hotel, all complimentary. Just finished the F2F interview at headquarters and now waiting to hear back.

Interview
Initial phone screening with recruiter followed by an interview with the technical team. Overall the process was pretty standard. For SWE Interns, the internship is remote so that can help with living situations.

Interview
I heard back a week after applying online for a phone screen, and currently waiting to hear back for second round interview. The phone screen was very laid back and it's standard behavioral interview questions.

Interview
Applied online. A recruiter reached out a few days later to set up an HR screen. The phone interview was pretty standard behavioral questions. Shortly after I was asked to send availability for a final round interview with a hiring manager. The final round was not really technical, just some questions on my projects and schoolwork, really chill. Got a call with an offer the next say but was only given 24 hours to accept which I found pretty unprofessional
