I had an interview with my hiring manager where they focused on experience, successful projects, task prioritizing, and overall values for a company and team. I was sure to talk about my success with projects I have owned as well as the challenges faced and how I handled those situations. Seemed like my HM liked to know that detail.

Whether or not you will get an interview solely depends on your gender. "You have experience in data centres?-we don't care." It would be ok if they called it a special program so I wouldn't waste time applying. Many people from my Bootcamp used so we all have the same education, but they only interviewed females, and all males got rejection letters.
Two rounds of interviews, the first being with an HR recruiter and the second with a hiring manager. The questions were mostly behavioral-based.
The process from submitting an application to receiving an offer took approximately 2-3 weeks.
