It’s a combination of technical, behavioral and leadership skills. I am so impressed the presence of HR in every round. Knowing each other, detailing of the job description, showing interest about candidate experience (success, failure, the how part to resolving internal/external team conflicts). Overall I really enjoyed the interview process. Lot of challenges to solve!
