Applied in late October and did not hear back about getting a first round interview until February. I did not get an interview and just received the standard rejection email. Not a big deal, but would have liked to know in less than 3 months about a first round interview.

Very quick process, only took three weeks in total. Applied online, Had one phone interview with HR and then one Zoom interview with the team. Overall it was a good experience.

Interview
Interview process was speedy and smooth! It was pleasant experience. First there was a phone call interview, then I got a video interview with the department heads (8 or so of them). It was a bit intimidating to have an interview with that many people but was an overall rewarding experience.
Situational and behavioral interview. One screening and one panel interview. Whole process took about a month. Very good communication from recruiter throughout the process. Best to know Southwest values and culture going into the interview.
