Soverus Group interview questions

Interview was conducted professionally albeit in a rather casual setting in the office by 2 interviewers. General questions asked, work experiences, ability / experience to manage manpower issues (in terms of people management and shortage issues), willingness to work on flexible working hours (including possible weekends). A license from Police Licensing & Regulatory Department is required for the job.

Went for interview just after CNY 2015, 1st round with the GM - Carolyn Ong, 2nd round with CEO - Paul Lim After interview with the CEO, was told will get back within a week but in the end it took more than a month.
