It was a small messy office. While setting it up, I was told it would last an hour or two since I would be meeting the owner and four others.
The owner seemed a bit too smart. Like he knew all the things he wanted to say but had trouble deciding on specific questions for me. I would try to turn things into "interview questions" like "oh so someone with attention to detail would be a good candidate for that?" And he would make it even more confusing and say "well no not exactly that" he didn't ask much, more just explained in the most complicated way, what the job would be.
He then sent the other four people in, all at once (I was confused who I was waiting for, everything was very unclear). These people, from what I understand, would have been who I was going to work with and they had a much better idea of questions for me but still none of the "typical interview questions". The interview seemed like it went really well.
I took a tour of the location with the owner.
I may have been overdressed or intimidating. I emailed to thank them a few days later but they had decided to give the position to someone else.
