Interview
Spoke over phone first as I was away and they did not mind having to meet me in person. The general group was nice and there wasn't too much to handle. Must understand a ticket system, and basic IT skills are necessary. Must understand active directory. Sharepoint is a big plus. Not a lot of development work needed.
