First interview via phone call with HR, second round either teams call interview or meet in person, with their general manager or boss.
They might required mandarin skills for dealing with international candidates.
2 rounds of interview with the HR and director himself. An understanding of interviewees’ level of understanding of the company and commitment level. Expertise and interests to help set up the company’s structure and processes considering that it is a very young company.
