Describe your background in tutoring?

Questions were pretty straightforward and self-explanatory like why do you want a job at SpiderSmart, how do you handle difficult/unexpected situations, are you willing to handle 2-3 students at once, are you able to work on call, work hours are flexible and if I'd be okay with that.. etc.
