I had a phone screen. Then I met with a number of people individually via zoom. Each person had about 45 to ask me questions. Before the team finished all my scheduled interviews I guess they decided not to move forward with me. My last interview was canceled and I didn't receive an email with any kind of explanation until a few weeks later when I received a message that they had moved forward with someone else. Aside from the lack of communication for the canceled interview everything else was a positive experience.

Interview
I had a phone interview with the CEO and it went really well. He asked to meet me in person a couple days later.
I went to his office and spoke with him for 10-15 minutes and, again felt it went well. He then had me meet with one of his current recruiters and told me to ask her any questions I wanted.
I spoke with her for about 20-30 minutes. I asked all the questions I had about the job, the company, and the CEO. I don't have any experience so I asked her questions about previous recruiters that had help the position before and she answered all the questions.
Met with the CEO again in his office and he said he had a couple more proletariat to meet with and he would let me know early the next week about the position.
I walked out of the office pumped and really hoping to get the chance to work there.
This is where it got negative. I never heard back from him. I called him a week later and at first he played lime he didn't know who I was or why I was calling. Then he said he was still meeting with people and he would let me know....I have yet to hear back from him and it has been a month. Needless to say...I assume I didn't get the job. But the fact that there was NO response was really upsetting.

Interview
Very casual environment. No receptionist, CEO, perhaps will great you as you enter for interview. I was first interviewed with the person in charge of Training. He was OK; and then, I was introduced to the CEO. The CEO was not really prepared for my sessions; i.e. he did not read my resume nor did he understand my background. What's worse, I was not given a chance to help him understand what I can offer; instead, he was just running in his head some assumptions about me that lacked terribly insight and understanding of my skills.
