1. Online Spotify Candidate test 2. Initial call with recruiter 3. 1 hour skype interview with the manager and another QA engineer 4. Take home assignment which would take 3-4 hours I was given a task to be completed over the weekend. I've been told it shouldn't take more than 3-4 hours. I submitted it and had to follow up a week later. I got a rejection letter with feedback. However what was requested from me was way too different than what they expected based on their feedback. I guess some things get lost in translation. (I'm from US and the team was in Stockholm) Did not gain much out of this experience but wasted few hours.
