Selection is done through a written test followed by two interviews. The first interview is subject-specific to assess content knowledge and teaching approach. The second interview is conducted by the Principal to evaluate personality, communication skills, and suitability for the school. Bloom’s Taxonomy is strongly emphasised throughout the process.
