Called for interview, lasted 1/2 hour, was asked several questions about my background and experiences. Interview was with two managers, both very nice. Saw office and facilities. Wasn't notified for about 3 weeks when they offered me a position.

Interview
I did not have a traditional interview process due to walk in status. The interview process was not difficult at that time. The staff was friendly and courteous and the energy in the company was positive from all aspects.
