They did an informal interview before a formal interview. It was very casual and informative. Offered another interview on that call and it was scheduled later that day for the next few days.

Good, the interviewers made me feel comfortable. Some questions were challenging but I was given ample opportunity to answer. Follow up questions were linked to the question and my answers which made me feel the interviewers were interested and paying attention.
