Too many people in the interviews, made it confusing over video. Company was very slow to move through the interview process and they made some mistakes in scheduling which also slowed things down.

Tell us about a time when you got overwhelmed at work, what did you do and what was the outcome?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stanford Health Care (Palo Alto, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
It was an initial phone interview with the manager. After that, I was called into the clinic to do an in person interview. It was a panel type interview with 7 people. 2 held the some position as me, two were management, and the others were other members of the care team.
