The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Stanley Black & Decker
Interview
Three rounds of interviews. The whole process took about 2-3 months from the first application to the final interview. I applied online and then was asked to set up the first interview which was over the phone and lasted about 15 minutes. The second interview was over Zoom and with someone who had graduated from the same development program. It lasted 30 minutes. Finally, the third interview was over Zoom and with two people. It lasted 45 minutes and involved a sales role-play and a 2-minute pitch on why I am the best fit for the role. Overall the process was good and if you prepare with the materials they provide you then you will do well!
First, apply. If you're qualified, the second step is an introductory interview... This is Stanley Black & Decker, who are you? Next, there is an interview with an experienced agent. Following those steps are one final interview. Finally, you're flown off to start training in Baltimore. If you're fit, of course, it's a long process. The position is salaried.
