Interview
Easy, and efficient. Asked your basic run of the mill questions. Didn’t respond right away but they also don’t treat you poorly. Overall it’s a rather easy interview process. Would recommend.
Face to face interview was pretty simple. Owner asked what type of experience I had. Was pretty concerned about the path I had previously taken and how it was different than insurance sales.

Interview
You complete a profile on State Farm.com which includes all your work history. If you pass then you will take an assessment which consist of different customer senarios and how you would respond. If you pass this then you will have a phone interview consisting of 35 minutes. This is important because they are trying to find out how you are on the phone. Your phone voice how you intereact with the interviewer. If you pass this then they will send you an email letting you know if you got the job.
