Email invited for an automated screening interview, during which you were given multiple attempts to record answers, then an interview with a recruiter and then an interview with two individuals I would be working with in the corporate legal department.

Interview
I declined their generic video interview, allowing them to screen my appearance and presentation while I, in turn, learned nothing about the job and felt absurd the whole time. I can't imagine any successful person I know going through with this, but I do think it is a great way to screen for "sheep."
