I applied online. Got invited to the interview a month later. It was a panel interview. They were welcoming and informative. They reviewed my resume before hand and told me upfront that I can do the job. They just went through their list and took turns asking questions. They were calm which made me comfortable. They answered all my questions in full.the interview lasted all of 20 minutes.
