After filling out an online application and uploading a resume, you take an online skills assessment and personality test. If you pass those you have brief interview with an HR rep. Lastly, there is a panel interview with several Team Managers.

The process was quick and they were very responsive the entire time. Even providing feedback when I was not offered the position explaining things to work on before trying again.
