Initial interview was phone, and I got the job then was given my requirement. Everything was a smooth flow. I believe this is a good start up position who wants to work in the insurance field. Depending on your manager is how your work style will be. Most of our time was fully remote.

Straightforward. Apply Online > pre-employment assement>virtual interview with self recorded questions > if selected, approximately two weeks later you get an email request for follow up interview> follow up interview goes through any additional questions, role details, and confirms interest, then possible job offer.

Simple questions. State Farm uses the star method. Interview was through a video which took off a lot of pressure and nerves. You’re able to re record questions only 2 times.
