Initial automated web based recorded canned video interview, very impersonal and awkward. Not something I’d care to do again but were fairly standard questions. Did give you the opportunity to redo each answer twice.
Lacked transparency, clearly looking for an internal hire. Mentioned several steps but ghosted midway through process - would not recommend to anyone wanting to be taken seriously. Only bonus was that the entire process was remote.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at State Farm (Tempe, AZ) in Feb 2024

HireVue interview was sent to me within a week of applying, Once completed there was a message prompt that said I would be notified once my interview was reviewed. I didn’t hear anything for 2 months!
