Applied through SF career website. Received call for phone interview from HR within a few days after submitting resume. He an in person interview scheduled forth following week. Process was not fast, but they kept in touch with me to let me know their status on my start date. I was offered the job a few days later and started the following month.

This was a very drawn out interview process. About 3 months and 3 interviews and they didn’t offer me the position. The recruiter also couldn’t provide any feedback on why I wasn’t chosen. The interviews went well and were straight forward. I work on the plaintiff side at the moment so Im not sure if this is why I didn’t get the job.
First you do a video interview, where you record yourself answering questions. Then, they reach out for an in-person interview before a panel of various job roles in that office

your typical interview questions. Nothing unique. Not much conversation other than the questions. interview was very quick. felt like a number. interview was zoom. interviewee was late which caused anxiety while waiting form them to show up.
