Overly long. Way too picky for the very low pay. Multiple long interviews and assessments required. Investing hours of time for no results. The industry has a very high turnover and it is clear why.

Very thorough and personable interviewer who was enthusiastic about me and interested in my goals. Very smooth and left me excited to contribute my skillset. Looking like it’s going to pan out well.
Interview process was straight forward. No curve ball questions. Basically asked about my prior experience and why I would be a good fit for the role. Also, was interested about prior insurance experiences.
