I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at State Farm (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I had one phone interview, an in person panel interview, and one last interview at the agency I would work at. It was a very relaxed interview, and I did not feel uncomfortable. They want to get a sense of how good you are at communicating with people.

Question 1
Describe a time where you were asked to do something you knew was wrong?
The interview was a Zoom meeting with other applicants in the meeting. It was extremely stressful the interview left me feeling overwhelmed. It was the first interview I have participated in that was more a talent search than going off of experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at State Farm (Louisville, KY) in May 2022
Interview
The interview was very personal and relaxed. The owner of this agency was very flexible, understanding, and kind. Definitely made me feel comfortable when sharing about myself and my experience.

Question 1
What is one thing that you are looking for in a job?
The interview process is different for every agent. Some agent's want you to meet with their stuff and others just want you to meet with them. Fairly straightforward process with a focus on how you plan to produce.
