When I applied for the position of transfer agent I was contacted by email and I did two telephone job interviews with Hr manager. The managers ask me motivation, behavioral,Microsoft Office,Technical Knowledge (fund management)
After that I did the last job interview face to face with two managers.(Motivation and Competency Based Behavioral Questions)....

Motivation: Reason for wanting to join State Street/ IFDS and why you think you would be a good fit for the role you are interviewing for?
Competency Based Behavioral Questions: These are questions where you will be asked to describe a certain situation and give an example from either your past work or education experience on how you handled that specific situation.
It was a zoom call, questions werent too hard. As it was internship for a year. mainly focused on my modules, and my hobbies. Why I would like to work in State Street.
