The interview process was quick and easy. I sent my resume in and they ask me in for an interview.
It was a 1 on 1 interview where the person interviewing me was asking me for what I look forward to and what my experience were.

Interview
I met with a recruiter at a career fair prior to the interview in order to get the interview. The interview itself mostly consisted of simple questions such as experiences where you've been a leader, worked with teams, overcome a challenge, etc. Also they asked why I wanted to work at State Street. Overall, not a difficult interview.

Phone Interview. On-Site Interview. Basic, All fit questions. Pretty simple. Two hiring managers interviewed me and were excited about the company. Love to hear what you know about the company.
