Interview Process:
Intro Call (30 min)
Initial conversation to discuss your background and interest in the role.
Online Assignment- Coderbyte (1–2 hours)
An online assignment to assess your problem-solving skills, coding ability, and data reasoning.
Screening Round (1 hr)
Focused on core technical fundamentals such as coding, SQL, and related concepts.
Full Loop Interviews (Approx. 3 hrs)
Technical Round 1 (1 hr): Python coding, SQL, JSON handling/editing, and data validations.
Technical Round 2 (1 hr): LLM prompting, dashboard reporting, and workflow design.
Customer Communication Round (30 min): Translating customer requirements into functional documents, addressing onboarding-related technical questions, and managing customer communications.
Note: The full loop typically runs for around 3 hours, but we can adjust the schedule if needed
Cultural Fit Round with CEO (30min)
This was the interview process. I felt the gap between the said process and the communication that was done by HR. Leaving rest the interviewer was friendly.

Question 1
In test there were multiple choice questions and 2 coding question related to array and password validator. The in person interview was to demonstrate your coding skills, in this interview you can use google, and also had a SQL problem that was needed to be solved.

A short assignment designed to evaluate your ability to think through prompts, reason with data, and work with SQL.

Focused on your past experience, sample project walkthrough, and customer project walkthrough.
Full Loop Interviews (3 hrs)
Technical Round 1: Python coding, SQL, etc.
Technical Round 2: LLM prompts, dashboard reporting, workflows.
Project Management Round: Translating customer requirements into functional documents, addressing onboarding technical queries, and managing customer communications.
