Interview
Recruiter was late for the Interview, then felt scattered for the first bit. Interview went smoothly afterwards with generic questions about myself. I got a good chunk of time afterward to ask personal questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ste. Marie (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
The interview process consisted of several stages. After submitting my application, I received an email with a few questions to answer. Following that, I was invited to an initial video interview, which included a design lead and an HR representative. The interview lasted about 30 minutes, during which they shared the company’s vision and provided an overview of the role’s responsibilities.
On the same day, I received a request for a design exercise. They asked me to work on a hypothetical studio apartment project, with a deadline of four days (including the weekend) to complete it.
