StemExpress interview questions

A recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone screen. On the day of the phone screen, I did not receive a call. I sent a follow up email 15 minutes after the scheduled time, no response. I was still really interested in the job so I reached out to the job poster via linkedin a couple days later. The original recruiter then called and left a voicemail since I was unable to answer at the time, stating that he had transposed the last two digits of my number (still doesn’t explain why I never received a response to my email.) I called back, no answer. Then the next day I received the standard thanks but no thanks email. Very unprofessional.

I was contacted through a recruiter who I had a short phone call with describing the position. She pushed me on to the interview round where I was interviewed via zoom by both the sales manager and an HR representative. The interview only lasted about 45 minutes. They told me at the end of the interview there would be several more rounds, and that they may potentially fly me out to headquarters in CA to interview on site. To my surprise, several days later, I received an email from the HR representative that interviewed me stating that they were putting together an offer. She let me know that it would take several weeks to get the offer approved through management, but that it was on the way. It has been a few weeks since then, but we have stayed in touch, and both the recruiter and HR representative have let me know the offer is still on its way.
