The interview took about an hour, meeting with a current trainee, the whole process looked normal. First, I began with my self-introduction, then the interviewer started to ask me some questions and introducing the roles.

All processes were online.
First of all, they do 1 (Interviewer) :2 (Candidate) interviews. He/She asked us to introduce ourselves and why we want to work with the company. After that, the partner talked about their background, the company, and the training programme.
The final interview is a 1-to-1 interview. But I put the main Zoom room, and the man asked the candidates (5-6) to answer a questionnaire. During answering, the interview was started suddenly, no notice. And he asked almost the same questions (background, why I want to work with.
