Applied with Indeed, met with both director and assistant director within only a couple days. The center was a little hidden from the outside so I was a little weary, but one of the most practical centers I've seen - I'm talking huge indoor 2 story play room. The directors sat with me in the office discussing my resume and experience, comparing to daily routine at SWL. All in all amazing interview, I was so pleased to hear how much they advocate for staff in bonuses, class size and personality matching of rooms. I greatly look forward to my 2nd interview.
