The recruitment process lacked clear communication. I was specifically told I would be meeting with two interviewers, but upon arrival, I was faced with a four-person panel. This lack of transparency created unnecessary pressure and made the experience feel disorganized. It is difficult to prepare effectively when the company provides inaccurate information about the interview structure

Interview
Not a professionally run company. The company has no focus, during the interview they mentioned they want to be a medical distributor/manufacturer, run a transportation business, make a microbiology lab, continue the MDR business among other ideas. Management appears to say anything they think will get a candidate interested. After the interview they will request your references right away. Then they will offer the job to more than 1 candidate and string you along stating "we are preparing the offer" just wait for us it's coming.
The emails you receive from the company will be unprofessional (i.e. incorrect position referenced, name incorrect). They will invite you for an interview on less than 2-3 hours notice treating you like your time is not valued. Have some self esteem and work for people that treat you with respect from the beginning. Do not allow them to waste your time!
