They were very friendly and approachable. I was with the CFO and Hiring Manager. Due to their friendliness, i was a lot less nervous. They wanted someone who would fit in their culture so they mainly asked questions regarding my personality rather than skills.

Phone/Skype screening by recruiter, followed by an interview at the head office the next day Company is 100+ years old and still growing & winning major awards. Did not succeed to the second stage off interview with payroll manager the next week, however, they were very friendly and approachable, happy to talk about the history of the company, made me feel welcome even for an interview.
