After the online assessment and initial cover letter/CV screening I was invited to the online interview stage. This was split into two parts (both around 45 minutes long). The first interview was more motivational based questions and included a market sizing question. The second interview was a case interview. I was sent a document with case information and had 10 minutes to read and answer the questions (not enough time in my opinion) and then you went through your answers with the interviewer,
