one whole day first it was a test on laptop, we have to write answers to 4 questions in one hour related to job operations and then it was a panel interview of 5 to 10 minutes.

My experience was Normal.they do not select on merit.You need to have reference for selection do not waste time......apply some where else............typical behavior as of Govt departments.Interview was too tough of about 30 minutes

It was good overall and had a great gesture from the interviewer. Firstly written took was cleared and then the process took place. It was about data management officer. Total test took 1 hour and has a lot of questions about data management.
