Interview
Initial interview screening with the VP of Software Engineering, then secondary interview with the CFO, CEO, and Directors. Questions mainly revolved around technology stack and management capabilities. The process was laid back, conversational, and very pleasant. The group was well-prepared and open to hearing how different backgrounds can build a strong team.
