Interview
This was by far the biggest slap in the face I could’ve ever received. Passed the Gallup and everything. The recruiter for Stryker is condescending and rude. Told me I would be a great fit for Stryker. But are moving forward with other candidates. They wouldn’t move forward with me because I can’t relocate. Basically they would hire me if I moved but not for the area I applied. Great reason. If I am good enough for other locations why not the one I applied?

Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.
Made it through two rounds of interviews with no concerns and had each party confident to move me along to the next step, but then was told they were pursuing other applicants.
