Initial phone screen. Basic questions about my current job and what I'm looking for. Introduction to the company and its culture. Typical softball questions for cultural fit and to see passion levels for building software. Followed by take home coding quiz. Not too difficult if you're familiar with react and some back-end language. Followed by live system architecture designing session with a dev.

One screening with Recruiter via video. Several behavioral questions.
One Take Home Codility Assessment - They gave me a week to complete. It was untimed.
Did not make it past the codility assessment.

Questions were very simple. Calling API and Creating an application via React.
I failed on Optimization for logic for my API. They provided excellent feedback on why I did not move forward. Highly recommend.
