Studio MB Junior Designer/Design Assistant interview questions

The interview was relatively casual and based on a design portfolio. The interviewers were friendly and would have been direct colleagues in the event of a successful interview. They were happy to talk through the design process and the office dynamics and to answer any questions I had.
