Through a group called "OnCall" which employs and deals with the contract sales force Sucampo uses. You'll get interviewed once on the phone and once on skype with OnCall, and then once with your regional sales manager since it's his final decision. OnCall is a small-ish group and the post i found was a nondescript text only post on a job board. So don't discount things for not being flamboyant.
