Group interview where we needed to dissect a poem. It was long and everyone felt like we were pitted against each other. Had a scripted behavioral scenario as well. They provided food and snacks. It was at the office location in manhattan.

It was a horrible interview. They asked about how my parents disciplined me as a child and focussed on how comfortable I am with disciplining and punishing kids. It was really just an uncomfortable experience and I did not get a good vibe or positive insight into the organization.

Very lengthy group interview. Prepare to be there for 6 hours or more. The first set of interviews is in a group. Once they are interested in you, you will select a location they will send you to that specific location for an interview to meet the principal and staff.
