The interview process last approximately 30 minutes to an hour. Some of the questions that you will be ask is why do you want to work for success academy, why teach now, what are your strengths and weaknesses and they have you do a three minute mini lesson which you can totally wing and then at the end of the mini lesson you will get feedback.

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.

Question 1
There asked hypothetical questions on teaching methodologies
It was a series of two interviews. One was a group interviews while one was a one on one interview as well as a video that one had to record to answer additional questions
Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
