There was a virtual interview with a writing and video component. The next step was a Zoom interview with somebody at the district level, and finally a scheduling task where I had to map out when students would receive services with certain constraints.

Fairly normal but some questions were off putting. This is not the place if you agree with a progressive method of dealing kids. Very strict way of dealing with kids and no room for understanding despite a large percentage of NYC students coming from a difficult background.

Pretty simple - apply, receive a video interview request with 1 recorded interview and 2 written responses, about 2 interviews either by phone or Zoom, and an assignment to simulate what this position entails.
