Very straight forward and pleasant. Required to do a short screening via phone, and then was called into the NY office to do a group interview. Was grouped with three people and answered questions honestly. Each person went one at a time. Then was put in a room by myself with two other interviews. Where I answered some more questions. Very pleasant overall. At the end of that week got an email with an offer.
