I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at SugarAI
Interview
Phone screen with recruiter
Multiple phone screens with hiring manager, Chief People Officer
On-site interview with CEO, hiring manager
Many yellow flags during the process:
- On-site visit was weird, zero signage on the building, had to wander through the space to find someone.
- Said they would validate parking, and failed to do so.
- Said they would follow-up about next steps, ghosted after several weeks.
Very poor candidate experience overall.
Apptitude and core subjects in ece and digital electronics and computer networks and analog electronics and digital communication so much as asking only digital electronics and most diffucult papper of subject
The interview process was good and moderately challenging. It involved multiple rounds, including technical and HR discussions. The interviewers were friendly and asked relevant questions based on my resume and skills. Overall, it was a smooth and professional experience.
