It was seamless and impressively fast from start to finish. The interviewers were highly detailed in their questions, yet maintained a polite and respectful tone throughout. They created an atmosphere that felt more like a thoughtful conversation than a high-pressure assessment. At no point did it feel like a grilling; instead, it was engaging, well-structured, and allowed me to clearly express my thoughts and experiences. Overall, it was a very positive and professional experience.
It was one of the worse experience ever, I came in the morning by 10am for the interview and left by 8pm at night. They kept delaying, gave zero prior information that there would be a design task on same day. We had to go through 3 different stages of interview on same day. Rude staffs and toxic environment!
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sujimoto Construction
Interview
Initially, the interview was great until I met the CEO, and he was very unprofessional with his questions. He had no knowledge of the communications industry and sent me a ridiculous case study document of over 24 pages to answer after the HR representative had told me his stage was the last.

Question 1
He asked if I knew luxury brands and asked that I list some, which I did. Only then did he ask me why I don't wear them, and it was important that I invest in them.
