The interview process was quick and to the point. No inadequate interviews or weird questions, The engineering team lead was interviewing for a positions in his own team. Left a positive impression.
I recently participated in this company’s recruitment process, which started with a test assignment. I completed the task and was then invited to an in-office interview. Unfortunately, after the interview, an entire month passed without any feedback whatsoever — neither about the test assignment nor about the interview result.
Regardless of the final decision, providing candidates with timely feedback is a basic standard of professional communication and respect for the time and effort they invest in the process. Completely ignoring a candidate after multiple recruitment stages is simply not acceptable and creates a very negative impression of the company’s hiring practices and overall professionalism.
I hope the company improves its communication with candidates in the future, as this experience was disappointing and discouraging.
